Nexon publishes the drop rates for both Classic World Mystery Fashion Crates, and the Free Market prices from October 10 include a sale price for every item in the Founder's crate. Put the two together and you get a straight answer to the question players keep asking: what is a crate actually worth?
The Founder's crate is worth about 7,059 mesos
The Founder's Mystery Fashion Crate costs 3,500 NX (or 35,000 NX for eleven) and runs until October 28, 2026 at 7:59 AM UTC, per Nexon. Weighting each of its items by Nexon's drop rate and by its median sale on the Free Market gives an expected value of about 7,059 mesos per crate, or roughly 77,649 mesos for an eleven-pack. Every item in the crate had recorded sales, so this figure rests on real trades, not asking prices.
The value is lopsided. The rare 1% items carry it:
| Item | Drop rate | Median sale (mesos) | Sales |
| White Label Ring | 1% | 49,999 | 5 |
| Angel Halo | 1% | 20,999 | 8 |
| Dollish Pink | 1% | 19,999 | 10 |
| Bunny Ears | 1% | 17,000 | 7 |
| Black Sunglasses | 1% | 15,999 | 8 |
Most pulls are the 2.5% and 3% items, which sell for 4,000 to 8,000 mesos. The two most likely drops, Patissier Hat and Patissier Uniform at 3% each, sold for medians of 4,250 and 4,999. So a typical crate returns a few thousand mesos, and the occasional rare pull lifts the average.
What that says about NX and mesos
At about 7,059 mesos for 3,500 NX, a crate converts NX into mesos at roughly 2 mesos per NX. The Selective 5-slot Coupon points the same way: it costs 5,000 NX in the Cash Shop and sold for a median 12,499 mesos on the Free Market across 49 sales, about 2.5 mesos per NX. These are early-market numbers from one snapshot, and they will move as more mesos enter the game.
Aurora Stamps: think before you exchange
Any unwanted crate item can be exchanged for one Aurora Stamp by right-clicking it before you equip it, and 20 stamps buy one Aurora Mystery Fashion Crate. Season 1 stamps expire on January 13, 2027 at 7:59 AM UTC.
Twenty exchanged items is a real cost. At the median values above, 20 Founder's items are worth about 141,180 mesos if sold instead. The Aurora crate's items are rarer and pricier: Black Cat Beanie (5% drop) sold three times at a median 125,000, Pink Bunny Sweater (5%) five times at 44,999, and Violet Dot Jeans (5%) three times at 22,999. But the Aurora market is thin. 19 of its 26 items had one sale or none in our snapshot, so any expected value for it would be a guess. Our advice: sell the Founder's items that have a steady market (anything above about 5,000 mesos with a dozen sales), and exchange only the ones that are hard to move.
Style coupons are a fair roll
The Mystery Hair Coupon (5,500 NX) and Mystery Face Coupon (3,500 NX) each pick from six styles per gender, every style at 16.67%, per Nexon. If you want one specific look, the Signature coupons let you choose: 7,500 NX for hair and 5,500 NX for a face.
Before you buy
- Decide whether you want the outfit or the mesos. For mesos alone, a crate returns about twice its NX cost in mesos on average, with most pulls below that.
- Do not equip an item you plan to sell or exchange: equipping makes it untradable.
- Gifting needs Lv. 12 in Classic World.
- Players in Belgium, Slovakia and Brazil cannot buy Mystery items, per Nexon.
Every NX price, both crates' full rate tables and each item's market value are on our Cash Shop page.
