MapleStory Stat Calculator: Damage, AP and Gear Progression
Classic World gives you 9 AP to place at creation and 5 more every level, with no dice roll, so the stat line you end up with is entirely planned. This tool shows the AP you will have at any level, checks the first-job gate (STR 35, INT 20, DEX 25) and turns a stat line plus weapon into a damage range.
The damage range uses the physical and magic formulas documented on mapleclassic.wiki, including the weapon multiplier table and the mastery factor, so you can see what a better weapon, more primary stat or a maxed mastery actually does to your floor and ceiling.
37 AP unspent at level 30. First job gate for Warrior: STR 35 met

Frequently asked
How much AP do I have at level 30 in Classic World?
Every stat starts at 4 (16 points), you place 9 at creation, and each level adds 5. At level 30 that is 16 + 9 + 29 x 5 = 170 stat points in total, before any one-time bonus at job advancement.
What is the damage formula in MapleStory Classic World?
Per the wiki: maximum physical damage is (1 + (primary x weapon multiplier + secondary + flat attack) / 100) x weapon attack x skill percent, and the minimum uses the mastery factor (0.1 + mastery level / 10) x 0.8 on the primary stat term. Magic uses (basic attack + magic / 7) x ((magic x 2 + INT) / 100 + 1).
Does mastery raise my maximum damage?
No. Mastery only raises the minimum, which is why maxing a weapon mastery at second job tightens your damage range so much. Mastery level 10 puts the floor at about 88 percent of the ceiling's stat term.
Which weapon multiplier is best?
It depends on the attack animation. Pole arms swing at 3.5 and stab at 1.5; spears are the reverse. Two-handed axes and blunt weapons swing at 3.0. Bows, crossbows and claws are 2.5 either way. The table on this page lists all of them.
How much HP does a Warrior gain per level?
About 28 HP and 12 MP per level before INT or skill effects, plus a one-time bonus of 300 to 350 HP at first job advancement, per the wiki's HP and MP pages. Magicians gain 16 HP and 22 MP per level.
