NiaMeowDB published its launch-week report on October 14, 2026. It covers the first days of Founder's Access for MapleStory Classic World, which opened on October 6. Grand Launch is October 21. This is fan-site data, not a Nexon release, and every figure below is per NiaMeowDB.
Traffic and searches
NiaMeowDB says its MapleStory Classic section drew 4.98M bot-filtered page views from 1.08M visitors. It lists 903,498 searches and 9,917 new accounts. Equipment was the most viewed page type at 6.72% of views, ahead of Classes, Monsters, Items and Crafting.
Among class guides, Magician led at 1.51% of views, followed by Thief at 1.48%, Warrior at 1.37% and Bowman at 0.77%. Beginner drew 0.32%. The site reports visitors from more than 180 countries and regions. The United States made up 46.2% of traffic.
Most viewed monsters and maps
The five most viewed monster pages were Green Mushroom (10.3%), Evil Eye (8.2%), Blue Mushroom (8.1%), Dark Stump (5.9%) and Stirge (4.8%).
The top map pages were Line 2 (Area 1) at 9.5%, then The Blue Mushroom Forest, Tree Dungeon, Forest Up North IV and The Burnt Land V. These are page views, not player counts. They show what people looked up, not where they trained.
The Free Market
NiaMeowDB says it recorded 187,312 Free Market prices, including 33,690 sold prices. Those sales totaled 331M mesos. It lists Iron Ore as the most searched item at 5,612 searches. Selective 5-slot Coupon took the most mesos, at 16.8M across 924 sold prices.
By value, Cash Shop outfits accounted for 41% of mesos spent. Weapons and armor took 32%. Ores, drops and materials were 39% of sold prices but only 3% of mesos.
NiaMeowDB runs an indicator of what players paid in mesos for Cash Shop items with a set NX price. It read 1.88 mesos per NX on October 7. By October 14 it read 8.01, from 144 prices. The site says that number was already out of date when posted. On its math, a 3,500 NX item works out to about 28,000 mesos.
This is a fan-built measure from player trades. Nexon has not published an exchange rate. Treat it as a snapshot of week one, not a stable price.
Index movement
NiaMeowDB tracks an index of the 500 most traded items, set to 100 on the first day with prices. It stood at 107.7 on October 12. Within it, 60% scrolls reached 510.7, while monster drops fell to 53.2. The site also reports ores and gems at 57.9 and gear for levels 31 to 50 at 62.8. Falling prices for drops and materials are consistent with early supply outrunning demand. That is our reading, not a claim from the report.
The site holds 1,285 community monster-drop records, with 231 added during launch week. The biggest weekly additions were for Evil Eye and Ligator (15 each), Iron Hog (13) and Cold Eye (12). Its most used tools were Pathfinder, the Training Advisor and the Character Builder. It reports 4,387 saved character builds.
What it means this week
If you are selling, the report suggests basic ores sold in volume at low prices. Cash Shop outfits and scrolls drew the larger meso totals. Check recent sold prices before listing, since the site notes that shop prices show what a seller asked, not what an item fetched. NiaMeowDB also says it will rebrand from MeowDB to NiaDB shortly after Grand Launch, and old links will keep working.
