Nexon says the same cutoff applies to items sold individually or in bundles. Megaphone items bought from the Cash Shop before Grand Launch have a level 10 requirement. Items bought after Grand Launch have a level 15 requirement.
Event rewards follow the later rule. Nexon says all Megaphone item rewards given from events after Grand Launch will have a level 15 requirement. The notice does not name any specific event.
What it changes for a player this week
Confirmed: a character at level 10 to 14 can use a level 10 Megaphone. That holds only if the item was obtained before Grand Launch under the rules above. Nexon says those items keep their requirement.
Confirmed: a coupon you hold is not locked to level 10. If you redeem it after the cutoff, the item it produces needs level 15.
